You must have basic knowledge of PSP

Scrap kit by Tammy's Scraps called Valentina. You can purchase that here

I used the artwork of Ismael Rac. You must have a license to use his artwork. You can get a license and purchase his work here

Supplies:

Font of  choice

Valentina Scrap Kit

Tube of Choice

Mask of Choice

Let's get started!

Open a new canvas 650x500

Open element68

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize: 94

Place in the center of your canvas

Open Paper2

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Delete excess paper around all edges of your frame layer

Open your tube of choice

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Duplicate twice

Place all under your frame layer

Moved each into a single frame and delete excess (resize as needed)

Set Opacity to around 63-65 for your left and right tube layers

Open paper3

Layers>Load/Save mask>Load Mask from Disk

Choose your mask and apply

Merge>Merge group

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Make this your bottom layer

Open element15

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize: 40

Place as desired or refer to example

Add your name text

Add your copyright

You should have something similar to my example
