Supplies needed:

Scrap Kit of choice

Let's get started!

Open a new canvas 600x600

Open Frame08

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Do not resize

Move to the upper area of your canvas

Open Frame10

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize: 65

Move to the bottom of your Frame08 layer

Leave it overlapping

Open Paper 20

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Place under your frame08 layer

Delete excess paper around edges

Open Paper02

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Place under Frame10

Delete excess around edges

Open your tube of choice 

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Place in the center of your Frame08 layer

Resize as needed

Duplicate

Place over your paper layer for Frame10

Set Opacity to around 55

Open Paper07

Layers>Load/save mask>Load mask from disk

Choose your mask and apply

Merge>merge group

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Make this your bottom layer

Resize as needed

Open Barbed Wire01

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed and place near the bottom of your Frame10 layer

Open Crossed Whips

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Down size to your desire

Move to the right of your canvas under your paper layer for your Frame 10 layer

Duplicate

Image>Mirror

Refer to example

Open Diamond Cuffs

copy>paste>paste as new layer

Resize: 37

Move the the bottom right corner of your frame10 layer

Duplicate

Image>Mirror

Add your copyright

Add your name layer

You should have something similar to my example
