Open a new canvas 600*600

Open pp1

Open materials window>Pattern>pp1
Flood fill canvas

Add new raster layer
Selections>Select All
Selections>Modify>Select Selection Borders

Flood fill border with color #c50000

Add tube>Resize to your desire

Balls>Paste>Resize 35%>Position to your liking
candycaneplant>Paste>Resize 45%>Position to your liking
cocomug2>Paste>Resize 35%>Position to your liking
bigcandycandsucker>Paste>Resize 32%>Position to your liking

Add drop shadow to:
Balls
candycaneplant

tube

Add copyright and license
Add name/wordart

Save as png

Now for the avi:

Open new canvas 150*200
Flood fill with previous pattern

New raster layer
Selections>Select All
Selections>Modify>Select Selection Borders

Select None

Add tube

Add any elements you like

Add copyright and license

Add name/wordart

Save as png
