Scrap Kit by Digi Cats & Dogs called Rage. You can purchase it here

I used the artwork of Arthur Crowe. You must have a license to use his work. You can get a license and purchase his tubes here

Supplies needed:

Rage Scrap Kit

Tube

Open a new canvas 600x700

Open Frame10

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center of your canvas

Open Paper06

Copy>paste>paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Delete excess around each frame edge

Open your tube of choice

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Duplicate twice and place 2 under your frame layer on the left and right

Resize as needed

Delete excess

Set Opacity to around 67

Open Bow2

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Place to your desire

Open Paper02

Layers>Load/Save Mask>Load mask from disk

Choose your mask

Apply

Merge>Merge group

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Make this your bottom layer

Open Love Pin

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Place near the bottom of your frame layer

Open Lightning02

Copy>paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Place under the right square of your frame layer

Duplicate

Image>Mirror

Open Love Potion

Copy>Paste>paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Place near the right of your Love Pin

Duplicate

Image>Mirror

Open Longstem Rose06

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Place as desired

Add copyright

Add name text
