PTU Mad As A Hatter Tutorial
This tutorial is 100% my creation, any resemblance to any other is coincidence and not intentional.
Written: 1/6/12
You must have basic knowledge of PSP
Scrap Kit by Shani of Wicked Princess Scraps. You can purchase it here
I used the Artwork of Elias Chatzoudis. You must have a license to use his work. You can get that and purchase his tubes here
Supplies needed:
Tube of Choice
Mad as a hatter scrapkitOr Scrap Kit of choice
Mask of Choice
Font of choiceLet's get started!
Open a new canvas 600x600
Open Scallopedcircle frame
Copy>paste>Paste as new layer
Resize: 60
Move to the lower right of your canvas
Duplicate
Move your bottom frame to over lap above your top frame
Open Paper8
Open your materials properties window
Choose your pattern tab
Make Paper8 your pattern
Apply
Choose your top frame layer
Choose your wand tool>Select the inner area of your frame layer
Choose your flood fill tool
Flood fill selected area
Selections>Select none
Repeat for your bottom frame layer
Choose your tube>Open
copy>Paste>Paste as new layer
Resize as needed
Place as desired
Open Cards4
Copy>Paste>paste as new layer
Resize as needed
Move behind your bottom frame layer
Refer to example
Open Carnation
Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer
Do not resize
Place in the center under both frames
Open Hat
Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer
Resize as needed
Place above your frame layer near the bottom area
Choose you a paper or do a new canvas flood fill like i did
Layers>Load/save mask>Load mask from disk
choose your mask and apply
Merge>merge group
Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer
Resize as needed
Make this your bottom layer
Open Wordart
Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer
Place in the center above your frame layers
Resize as needed
Duplicate
Move your duplicate layer under your card layer
Choose your original wordart layer
Choose your eraser tool
erase wordart overlapping your card layer
Add your copyright
Add your name text
Add your Mad As A Hatter text (if desired)
