Scrap Kit by Rebellious Scraps called Gangsta Babe. You can purchase it here

I used the artwork of Keith Garvey. You must have a license to use his work. You can get a license and purchase his work here

Supplies needed:

Tube of choice

Font: Initial

Scrap Kit: Gangsta Babe

Let's get started!

Open a new canvas 600x600

Open Frame2

Copy>Paste>paste as new layer

Resize: 80

Place a little off center of your canvas

Open Paper7

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Place below your frame layer

Delete excess around edges of your frame layer

Open your tube of choice

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Place as desired

Open Banner 2

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Place new the bottom of your frame layer

Open Brass Knuckles

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Place near the right edge of your frame layer and under your banner layer

Open bullter holes1

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Place just above your paper layer

Open cigarettes

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Place to the left of your canvas under your paper layer

Open dice

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize

Move to the left of your canvas and place under your cigarettes layer

Open Ghetto Blaster

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize 

Place above your banner layer

Move to just below your banner layer

Open Dollar Bills

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize

Place below your Brass Knuckles layer

Open Zippo

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize

Place under your Dollar Bills layer 

Move the right of your frame layer

Refer to example

Open paper1

Layers>Load/Save mask>Load Mask from Disk

Choose your mask

Apply

Merge>Merge group

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Make this your bottom layer

Add your copyright

Add your name text
