PTU Chef Otelia Tutorial
This tutorial is 100% my creation, any resemblance to any other is coincidence and not intentional.
Written on 1/2/12
You must have basic knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
Tube of choice
Scrapkit: Chef Otelia by Wicked Princess ScrapsOr ScrapKit of choice
Plugin: Penta.com>Color dot
I used the artwork of FourXs Designs. You must have a license to use her work. You can get a license and purchase her work here

You can get this kit in Full Size or Tagger Size
Now for the tutorial Let's get started!
Open a new canvas 600x600
Choose your preset rectangle tool
Choose the rectangle shape
Draw out a rectangle the size you want
Open PP3
Open your materials properties window
Choose your pattern tab
Make PP3 your pattern>Click ok
Choose your flood fill tool
Flood fill your rectangle with your PP3 pattern
Choose your wand tool
Select the outside of your rectangle
Selections>Invert
Selections>Modify>Select Selection Border
Size: 7
Selections>Float
Open your materials properties window again
Choose your gradient tab
Select edit
Use these colors or choose your own
Color 1: f3c9d7
Color2: #bb758d
Click ok then apply
Choose your flood fill tool
Flood fill border with gradient
Effects>Plugins>Penta.com>Color Dot
Use these settings:
Selections>Defloat
Selections>Select None
Open your tube and place in the center of your rectangle layer
Delete excess tube on the bottom of your rectangle layer
Refer to example
Open Cupcake Trio
Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer
Resize: 18%
Move to the bottom left corner of your rectangle layer
Duplicate
Image>Mirror
Open Chococupcake
Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer
Resize: 18%
Move to just beside Trio cupcake layer
Duplicate
Image>Mirror
Refer to example or place as you desire
Open PP6
Layers>Load/Save Mask>Load Mask from disk
Choose your mask and apply
Merge>Merge group
Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer
Resize if needed
Make this your bottom layer
Add name text
Add your copyright
