Supplies needed:

Tube of Choice

Scrap Kit of Choice
Eye Candy 4000>Swirl

Let's get started!

Open a new canvas 600x250

Open Paper17

Open your materials properties window

Choose your pattern tab

Make Paper17 your patter and click ok

Choose your flood fill tool

Flood fill your canvas with Paper17 pattern

Selections>Select all

Selections>Modify>Select Selection Borders

Size: 7

Select>Float

Open your materials properties tab

Select your gradient tab

Edit

Choose 2 colors from your Paper17 pattern

Apply

Flood fill your border with your gradient

Effects>Eye Candy 4000>Swirl

Use these settings:

Selections>Defloat

Selections>Select None

Choose your tube

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Place as desired

Duplicate

Move to the right

Delete excess after resizing if needed

Duplicate again

Image>Mirror

Set Opacity to around 67 for both duplicates

Open Flower5

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Move to the left bottom corner

Place as desired

Delete Excess overlapping your border

Duplicate

Image>Mirror

Add your name text

Add other text if desired

Add your copyright

You should have something similar to my example

Now for the avatar

Open new canvas 150x200

Flood fill with Paper17 pattern

Add border with previous settings

Add your tube>Delete excess

Add your elements

Add copyright

Add your name text or initial
