You must have basic knowledge of PSP

Scrap Kit by Sleek N Sassy Designz. You can purchase it here

I used the artwork of Ismael Rac. You need a license to use his work. You can get it and purchase his tubes here

Supplies needed:

Scrapkit of choice

Let's get started!

Open new canvas 600x250

Open Paper9

Open your materials properties window

Choose your pattern tab

Make Paper9 your patter and apply

Choose your Flood fill tool

Flood fill canvas with Paper9 pattern

Effects>Plugins>Eye Candy 4000>Swirl

Use these settings or play around with it until you get what you want

Selections>Select all

Selections>Modify>Select Selection Borders

Size: 7

Selections>Float

Effects>Plugins>Eye Candy 4000>Glass

Use these settings:

Selections>Defloat

Selections>Select none

Choose your tube>Open

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center of your canvas

Delete excess tube overlapping your border

Open embellishment2

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Move to the far left of your canvas below your tube layer

Duplicate

Image>Mirror

Open Flower2

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Place under your tube layer

Do not resize

Delete excess overlapping your border

Open Caught

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize: 20

Move to the bottom right corner

Position as desired

Delete excess overlapping your border

Repeat for the left corner of your canvas

Add your copyright

Add your name text

Add your "Betrayed" text

You should now have something similar to my example

Now for the avatar

Open new canvas 150x200

Flood fill with Paper9 pattern

Add your Eye Candy 4000 Swirl to the background (same settings)

Add your border (repeat previous steps)"

Add your same Eye Candy 4000 Glass settings for your border

Add your tube

Choose 1 or 2 elements and add those

Add your name text or initial

Add your copyright

You should now have something similar to my example
