Open new canvas 600*600
frame2, Paste and Resize 70%. Position to your liking

Pp20, Paste under frame and delete excess around edges

Add tube(s)

Pp8, Resize 600*600 and apply mask of choice and merge then paste

27, Paste and do not resize. Position to your liking
5, Paste and Resize 40%. Position to your liking
6, Paste and Resize 40%. Position to your liking
1, Paste, Mirror and Position to your liking
35, Paste and Resize 35%. Position to your liking
42, Paste and Resize 35%. Position to your liking

Add drop shadow to all including tube(s)

Add copyright and license
Add name/wordart

Save as png
