Open a new canvas 600x600

Open element Heart Frame

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize: 73

Open your tube choice and place in the center of your frame layer

Open element Banner

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize: 73

Place at the bottom of your frame layer

Open element Cauldron

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize: 40

Place to your desire or refer to example

Open element LatticeHeart

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize: 30

Place to your desire

Open Paper5
Apply your chosen mask
Copy>Paste>paste as new layer
Make this your bottom layer
Resize as needed

Add your name text

Add your copyright

Now you should have something similar to my example

Flood fill with Black #000000

Selections>Select all

Selections>Modify>Select Selections Border

Size: 6

Flood Fill with Color # ffff00

Selections>Float

Effects>Plugins>ScreenWorks> Net Pattern

(settings to your liking)

Open element Crime scene Tape

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize: 62

Remove any excess

Open element Flower Bow

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Place in the center of your canvas as your top layer

Delete excess edges

Open your chosen tube

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Add your name text

Add your copyright if required

You should have something similar to my example

Choose your wand tool

Use your wand tool and select the inside of your frame layer

Selections>Invert

Choose your paper layer>Delete

Selections>Select none

Open your chosen tube

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Duplicate 5 times

Place them like in the example

Open Flower01

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Move to the top left corner of your frame layer

Layers>Load/save Mask>Load Mask from Disk
