Let's get started!

Open a new canvas 600x250

Open your Materials Properties

Choose your gradient tab>Edit

Color #1: #35301d

Color #2: #98070d

Apply

Flood fill your canvas with your gradient

Choose your texture

Add as a new layer

Layers Properties>Overlay

Selections>Select All

Selections>Modify>Select Selection Borders

Size: 7

Selections>Float

Flood fill with your gradient

Effects>Plugins>Xero> Frillarity

Play with the settings and apply

Selections>Defloat

Selections>Select none

Open your tube and add it to your canvas where desired

Delete excess overlapping the border

Open Fan

Copy>Paste>Paste as new layer

Resize as needed

Place as desired

Add your name text

Add your copyright

You should have something similar to my example
