Let's get started!
Open a new canvas
600*600
Open Frame 4
Copy & Paste as new layer
Image>Resize 70%
Position to your liking
Copy & Paste as new layer
Image>Resize 70%
Position to your liking
Open Paper 9
Copy & Paste as new layer
Place under your frame layer
Delete excess around frame edges
Copy & Paste as new layer
Place under your frame layer
Delete excess around frame edges
Add your tube
Apply drop shadow of choice
Apply drop shadow of choice
Open Paper 1
Image>Canvas Size 600*600
Apply mask of choice
Layers>Merge>Merge group
Copy & Paste as new layers
Make this your bottom layer
Image>Canvas Size 600*600
Apply mask of choice
Layers>Merge>Merge group
Copy & Paste as new layers
Make this your bottom layer
Open Saw
Copy & Paste as new layer
Image>Resize 50%
Image>Free Rotate
Use these settings:

Apply drop shadow of
choice
Open Tape Measure
Copy & Paste as new layer

Move to the bottom or your frame

Apply mask of choice

Move to the left of your frame

Open Cat 3
Copy & Paste

Use default settings under Wallpaper [rotate]
Add a new raster layer
Selections>Select All
Selections>Modify>Select Selection Borders>Size 5
Flood fill with a chosen color from your Cat 3
Selections>Float
Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin>Constellation
Use default settings
Selections>Defloat
Delections>Select None
Add new raster layer
Place under your Cat 3 layer
Flood fill with same color you used for your border
Set opacity to your Cat 3 layer to: 34
Open Web 4
Copy & Paste
Place in the center of your canvas
Do not resize
Add small drop shadow
Open Ghost 2
Copy & Paste
Resize 38%
Move to the right of your canvas
Add small drop shadow
Open Witches Hat 2
Copy & Paste
Resize 38%
Move to the right of your canvas
Add small drop shadow
Add wordart of choice
Add copyright
Add name text
Save as png
Now for the avatar!
Open a new canvas 200*200
Open Cat 3
Copy & Paste
Repeat previous plugin for this
Add new raster layer
Place under your Cat 3 layer
Flood fill with previous color
Set opacity for Cat 3 layer to: 34
Add new raster layer
Place above your top layer
Selections>Select All
Selections>Modify>Select Selection Borders>Size 5
Flood fill with previous color
Selections>Float
Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin>Constellation
Use default settings
Selections>Defloat
Selections> Select None
Add your tube
Add small drop shadow
Add copyright
Add initial text
