Flood fill with patten Paper4

Add new raster layer

Selections>Select All>Selections>Modify>Select Selection Borders


Flood Fill with #870a8c

Selections>Float

Effects>Plugins>DSB Flux>Spider Web

Selections>Defloat>Selections>Select None

Add tube

Effects>Plugins>Mura’s mesiters>Copies

Opacity>55

Add another layer of tube
Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur

Layer Properties>Saturation (Legacy)
Apply drop shadow to bottom tube layer

Houses>Paste>Resize 80%

Swirl1>Paste>Resize 50%>Duplicate
Mirror

Apply drop shadow to:
Houses
Both Swirl1 elements
Tube

Add copyright & name

Save as png

Avatar:

Open new canvas 200*200

Flood fill with Paper4 Pattern
Repeat previous settings and color for border

Add tube
Repeat Copies as before

Add another tube layer and positon to your liking
Apply drop shadow

Add any elements you like

Add copyright & Initial text

Save as png
