Scrap Kit by Horseplays Pasture Designs called Ah-Ah-Choo
Let's get started!
Open a new canvas 600*250
Open Paper1
Open your materials tab
Make Paper1 your pattern
Flood fill your canvas with your pattern
Add a new raster layer
Selections>Select all
Selections>Modify>Select selection borders>size 7
Flood fill with chosen color from paper
Adjust>Add/remove noise>Add noise
Play with settings until you get what you desire
Selections>Deselect
